QUESTIONS
1.) HOW OFTEN DO I HAVE TO COME IN FOR MAINTENANCE?

6-8 Weeks is typically the maximum length we recommend for our customers
- Those with fine hair we recommend 4-5 weeks
- Medium to thick hair about 6-8 weeks
2.) WHY IS MAINTENANCE NEEDED FOR EXTENSIONS?
Maintenance is needed because your natural hair grows and we shed about 100 hairs a day on average. When you come in for maintenance we clean up the natural hair shed and resew your extensions back in.
3.)CAN I SWIM WITH EXTENSIONS?
Absolutely~ But we recommend using some deep conditioning hair products if you do plan to swim. We will cover proper hair care during your consultation and day of install. We do want you to know that swimming will lesson the time your extensions will last. Chlorine and Salt water are not the best for extensions. We still want you to enjoy your life , just know you will need to come in more frequently for a new sets.
4.CAN I WEAR MY HAIR UP?
You sure can! In fact, with our extension method you'll be able to wear your new extensions in many different styles like messy buns, high or low ponytails, braids and other cute styles. This is where extensions can be fun! They will give you little or a ton of volume depending on your style you’re going for. During our 360 check on the day of install we will show you a few hairstyles you can work with for the next time you head out into town.
4.) WHAT DOES THE INSTALL PRICE INCLUDE?
The pricing that you see is all inclusive, this means your receiving the following:
- Includes up to 3 hours of Coloring.
- Installation of your wefts
- Cutting & blending
- Styling
- Photos of your hair (don't worry you don't have to include your face)
5.)HOW DO I KNOW WHAT PACKAGE IS RIGHT FOR ME FOR WHEN I COME BACK IN FOR MAINTENANCE?

6.)HOW LONG DOES THIS PROCESS TAKE?
Our new install clients are typically at the salon with us 3-5 hours. We have worked on a few guests for 6 hours before depending on per person goals.
7.ARE EXTENSIONS A LOT OF MAINTENANCE ?
NO! All of our clients come back for their maintenance saying they cant believe how low maintenance the extensions are . Your able to wash your hair less , rock your styles longer , and not have to spend as much time styling your hair to look good !
8.)CAN I WASH THEM LIKE NORMAL?
Yes hunnayy, they are the real deal! We suggest pinning up your rows before you get in the shower and wash each section at a time. We will show you!
9.)HOW DO I SET UP AN APPOINTMENT?

10.)HOW FAR ARE YOU BOOKED OUT?
Were typically booked out about 2-3 weeks.
11.) WHY ARE EXTENSIONS SO DAMN EXPENSIVE?
Extensions are a luxurious service and we take our time with you to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your services each time. All of our stylist pricing is different- based on their level of experience + skills & time invested. We ask upfront in our consultations what your comfortable spending on your hair and match you according to that stylists pricing.
11.) HOW LONG DOES MY HAIR INVESTMENT LAST?
We use the highest quality of hair at Lauren Alexandra Beauty. Our hair can last up to a year or even longer. By using the products, we recommend at your appointment for you, staying up with your maintenance appointments, & having a good home routine with your hair your investment will last you a while.
12.)WHAT DO I PAY FOR AT MY MAINTENANCE APPOINTMENT?
As your hair grows out the extensions will need to be repositioned on your head again. We will clean your extensions, resection your rows and resew them in again like new- and girl you'll be excited to have them tight again. Life just makes more sense with a fresh resew!
